I think I live to eat too, but in the sense that I care so much about the quality of what I eat. I really think eating is one of the most enjoyable parts of life. It is in a sense all of what life is about to me!

If I know what I'm eating is unhealthy though, I do have a hard time enjoying it or finishing it.

However, although I love food and eating something truly enjoyable and healthy everyday. I don't seem to overeat or stuff myself. I listen to my body and eat slowly and often never polish off food when eating out (where I can't control the portion I give myself). I don't know how exactly this trait got into me, but I have practiced a lot of Yoga in my life, and do believe a lot of yoga traits carry over.

I literally feel this switch inside of me that seems to stop me from over eating.
I seem to get a nauseating sensation without being nauseous if that makes sense? That's the only way I can explain it.

Any yoga concepts we adops teaches us how to developed a concept of a balanced wholefoods diet and an eating philosophy. I strongly believe Yoga principles of good eating use powerful techniques which help in maintaining a strong and health body, a stress-free mind and a positive spirituality within this mixed up world. Thanks for a good article. Please go ahead with more inspiration.
