Not only is it rude, but it has detrimental consequences to your digestive health, and your health in general. When you don’t take the time to fully chew and swallow each bite before taking the next one, your body cant process your food, and the results…ugly. If you are a fast eater, you probably aren’t even aware that you are taking 4-5 forkfuls of food in the time it takes a conscious eater to take one.
