		<description>Jade, I like the photo, but I think your dad looks much better in real life...the photo does not due him justice! Perhaps you want an updated photo...I think I have one somewhere...I will send it to you...You are so right about smoking making people look old before their time...I also notice that too much sun, bad diet, and too much drinking takes its toll...In fact, I feel process food which I now call Indian Reservation food(no insult to American Indians as they had a great diet until Europeans took thier country away)is a real problem. It is the food that comes in a  can like peaches, instant milk, spam, or white flour products mixed with cheap oil and lots of sugar...that stuff. Mostly this food is white,yellow,or various shades of brown...just not natural. I think that cheap process food ages people from the inside out. I saw some older people in Thailand who ate mostly fresh fruit, vegies, and fish...they had the skin tone and appearance of someone 20-30 years younger...hmmm....makes you think!</description>
