How to Increase Good Bacteria

Man Holding Bulb in Earth

In our modern times, highly processed foods, new methods of genetically engineering our food, and large amounts of chemicals and pesticides haunting our favorite fruits and vegetables are all increasing the bad bacteria in our intestines. This is making America diseased – causingIBS, obesity, yeast infections, weak immune systems , and more.

Today’s altered vegetables are inferior to their grandparents, missing the HSO’s – Homeostatic Soil Organisms – actually helpful to humans. These organisms live in soil, and were traditionally left intact with our crops. They help eat all the bad bacteria and toxic build up on the walls of our intestines, the ones that make us sick and not digest / eliminate food properly. These bad bacteria also cause food allergies and make us more susceptible to picking up colds and flu’s that are going around. Unfortunately, our ultra-germ phobic society has thrown out the good with the bad.

There is something you can do: Put back the good bacteria

Garden of Life – Primal Defense, 180 caplets has all the HSO’s you need to fight the bad guys in your gut.

When I was on these products, they really worked to strengthen my immunity and digestive health. I even traveled through Mexico, and my stomach was way stronger than my boyfriend’s (who ended up vomiting and diarrhea, like most tourists.) I really believe the HSO’s protected me: It’s probably what the Mexicans have that we don’t!

There are other products out there that can help -so… Don’t forget that you can get good probiotics other ways as well -

In ancient times – ha ha – that is why they made yogurt and sauerkraut – and the chinese and japanese have been doing all kinds of pickled vegetables, traditionally as part of their diets, for centuries.

Yes – we do need probiotics in our diet – just remember that our diets are important and pills can get lodged in your digestive
    tract !
For instance being mostly vegan a few years back – it was a dare – someone gave me – to eat a hot – dog – we had to !

    - There we were in New York, and we were right in front of the statue of liberty -

What could be more american – than to buy and eat a Hot dog – ?

“Scary” i said -( as we know what the wise man said -when he was asked – by the hot dog vendor – what he could do for him.. – all the wise man could say to him was – “Make me One with everything ! ” But -my answer – was -Ok – I will only eat the hot dog – but, only with lots of sauerkraut !!!

We both ate hot dogs – She ate her hot dog with NO sauerkraut – and I had the hot dog vendor – make me ONE with everything – … er… well. with only lots of sauerkraut – i didn’t get sick – but – she was not a happy camper with how her digestive system reacted to her hot dog with out sauerkraut !
