I’ve been giving a dog I rescued borax,peroxide& water baths and a friend said it looked like dermotectic mainge. We find this home remedy on the internet and it’s 2-3 baths a week and she’s responding to it because her hair is new hair coming out. She has a few hot spots but I got some spray just for that. I will also try the grape fruit seed extract. Thanks for everyones input.

I have suffered from perioral dermatitis since I was 11 yrs old. After going to the dermatologist for years and being put on steroid creams/ cortisone shots/ and antibiotics with no change in the condition I was at my end! It went into remission for about 15 years and has come back with a vengeance the last year. The dermatologist put me back on steroid creams and had to keep upping the strength as it would stop working. Finally I heard about GSE and decided that it was worth a shot. I have been ingesting 20 drops into 4oz of water 3-4 times a day and putting 10 drops in a tsp of water and putting directly on my face 2xs a day. It is about 90% cleared up and it has only been about 2 wks. (I am just dealing wih dry skin now) This is a miracle worker!!!! I could still wear makeup during the process!! My face went through about 6 days of pretty bad steroid withdrawals but i continued using the GSE through it! Do not get discouraged it DOES work!! My sister has the same issue and it has worked on her also!!

I have a dog and it have been infected with scab from a wild fox.
How much GSE can I give him in his water and how should I use it when I spray or bath him?
He is a german shepard and I think it will be necessary to give him a bath.

I have suffered from sinus problems for years,usually ending with infection a couple times a year. Discovered Neti Pot some time ago, and the saline solution is a great help. But a month ago, I got another infection, so I put a couple drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract in the solution, and within a day I started to feel better. I used it 4 times a day at first and then finally tapered off to once a day,for a total of about 10 days. My infection is gone, and NO antibiotics.
I took GSE with me to Indonesia and put a drop or two in bottled water. For drinking washing fruit, and for brushing teeth, etc. Never had a problem with stomach trouble. I love this stuff and tell everyone who will listen!

My 18 year old cat, Tess, drank 1/3 cup of chicken oil drippings, which I had accidentally left out after baking a chicken back in January. She got very sick. The homeopathic vet I took her to said she developed pancreatitis due to the chicken oil that had been sitting out for over a day. She gave her a homeopathic remedy (almond oil?) that caused her to vomit up the entire contents of the chicken oil within the hour, and, according to the vet, my cat no longer had pancreatitis. However, this ordeal left my cat with e-coli bacterial infection, as well as an upper respiratory infection, for which she prescribed a strong antibiotic for 2 weeks by injection. Tess gradually improved. She’s doing great now, but has had chronic diarrhea and loose stool most days, and has lost weight despite the fact that she has a great appetite eats every few hours. Since she got sick back in January, I have only been feeding her “pure” unprocessed foods with no preservatives, coloring, chemicals, etc., i.e., chicken, different kinds of fresh fish, and sometimes baby food (Gerber’s Turkey) when she can’t/won’t eat anything else. For many months I’ve been including enzymes and probiotics designed for pets in her food to assist her digestive tract. One vet I took her to said she thought Tess may have Inflammatory Bowel Disease. I want to try Grapefruit Seed Extract with her but don’t know the correct dosage. She weighs 7 lbs. The taste, I know, is very bitter, but I think I can disguise it in tuna juice. Please advise about the correct dosage if you can. None of the vets I’ve taken Tess to (4 of them) know anything about the natural antibiotics such as olive leaf extract or grapefruit seed extract. Please advise. Thank you!

the GSE will work for the cat with ringworm, but not for the newborn kittens, if the problem is they are not eating well. You may have to subsitute some milk for the kittens if they are not eating well. Any pet sore will carry the kitten replacement milk, but I would just go to the grocery store and get them some goats milk!
The cat with ringworm all you need to do is get a small spray bottle and put about 15 drops of gse in the water and spray on the affected areas! It will work in about 10 days.

what about using this on a newborn kitten with the kitten seem not to be feeding well what is the dose for giving kitten they are only 5 days old and also i have a friend that her cat has ringworm will this work for this problem and what is the dose for this thankyou sandra
