Ancient Mineral’s Topical Magnesium Products

I’ve done some research and turns out you best apply magnesium chloride on your skin in order to reap the benefits. • I spray it liberally all over my body and rub it in and sit in a bath robe for about a half hour and then enter the shower. I think of it as a day trip to the dead sea or similar hot spring resorts!
• I spray it on my facial acne- it stings a bit but in a good way. feels like going to the ocean, which is great for acne!
• I use the gel in the shower on days I don’t do the pre-spray session

I’ve also heard of using it as a foot soak and of using the gel instead of the spray for massage on sensitive people.
