What is a Raw Food diet?

Maybe when you hear the Raw Food Diet, you envision people eating raw meat. The Raw food diet is a completely Vegetarian diet and all the foods you eat are uncooked. It stems from the belief that all food we eat should be alive and not dead. All processed junk foods are dead, and raw foodists go on to say additional any vegetable cooked and any bread baked is dead! meaning all the good enzymes that keep us disease free are missing.

In our modern times, high processed foods, new methods of genetically engineering our food, and thanks to Monsanto, large amounts of chemicals and pesticides haunting our favorite fruits and vegetables are all increasing the Bad bacteria in our intestines! This is making America diseased causing IBS, Obesity, yeast infections, weak immune systems the list goes on!
